Modern Interiors, a leading main contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project costs, ensuring efficient financial planning and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Track project expenses and prepare cost reports to ensure budgets are adhered to.
- Evaluate tenders and proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with the project team to ensure accurate cost forecasting and control.
- Manage and negotiate contractual claims and variations.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
